Wenchuan County: "In the hygiene box, I like the soap most. It helps me to clean my hands", says Jin Peng,9. "I`ve taught my grandparents how to wash their hands.`` The Hui-ethnic boy was left behind by his parents, who found work in another county.

UNICEF has also produced a 60-second public advertisement and an 8-minute theme video on hand-washing which, will be aired on 120 city and county TV stations in 28 provinces across China. It is estimated to reach millions of viewers.
