For better serving the purpose of this China market survey, UNICEF may collect information of your company, including the following data:

  • Company general information (e.g. Chinese name, English name, website, company type, UNGM ID, Kompass ID, etc.)
  • Contact information for this survey (e.g. contact person, contact email, business telephone, etc.)
  • Basic information about your business certification (e.g. QMS standard, product certification, WHO-certification, etc.)
     

Prequalification against the above commodity group will be concluded based on desk review of the documents. UNICEF may decide, when necessary, to conduct site visit and GMP, other inspection.
